A recent graduate of Chapman University, Zoey earned her BFA in Broadcast Journalism & Documentary with a minor in general music. She enjoys all aspects of documentary filmmaking, but her favorite is editing. She’s quite proficient in Adobe Premier Pro, but is always open to learning new softwares. She loves telling stories that combine the human experience and art. Her first taste of this was producing Wild Clay, an eight minute documentary short that tells the story of how a wild clay ceramicists art brought her back to herself. This connection can be seen in her latest film Viva Harmony, that combines the first generation student experience with that of music education. She’s always looking for the intersection of art and media, as that is where she finds she herself often resides.
